CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
 
 

 If you wish to cancel your order: 
you can notify us by email to anything@kesscards.co.uk before we have approved your application.
 
Should we ask for the product to be returned we will pay the returns costs.
 
You have 30 days to return products.

 Upon cancellation we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

 The rights to return the goods to us, will not apply in the following circumstances: -

to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
 
Any product that has been opened and used such as bath bombs,soaps or cards that have been written on.
 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
